Front of House Supervisor

We are searching for a Front of House Supervisor to ensure the venue's public areas operate efficiently and deliver a high-quality visitor experience. You will oversee all FOH functions, from lobby readiness to guest interactions, while supporting team members across multiple touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, operational problem-solving, and maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation. This position is onsite on the Las Vegas Strip and pays $23 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Front of House operations, including lobby flow, reception readiness, and guest engagement.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures to ensure all FOH areas are clean, organized, and properly equipped.
• Support team with real-time guidance and troubleshoot operational needs throughout the day.
• Maintain venue standards related to cleanliness, signage, crowd control, and accessibility.
• Provide service recovery and handle escalations with professionalism and empathy.
• Support compliance with safety, emergency, and admissions policies.
• Assist with reporting on FOH conditions, visitor volume trends, and staff performance.
• Coordinate with both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes departments to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of operational or hospitality experience, ideally in entertainment or cultural attractions.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing front-of-house readiness and customer traffic flow.
• Proficiency with basic administrative tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
