Doug's Antique Clock is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Executive to manage and grow client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, understands client needs, and knows how to translate solutions into real value.


As an Account Executive, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, balancing account management with business development. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.


Key Responsibilities:


* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

* Manage assigned accounts and serve as the main client contact

* Identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

* Present products or services clearly and professionally to clients

* Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions effectively

* Monitor account performance and provide regular updates

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention


Qualifications:


* Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions

* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts

* Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills

* Proficiency with basic CRM tools and reporting (preferred)
