Oracle Fusion Implementation Consultant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Oracle Fusion Implementation Consultant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the organization through the full transition from its legacy system to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Serve as a primary resource for the team by answering questions, providing guidance, and clarifying system functionality.
• Assist in configuring Oracle Fusion modules based on business needs and process requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth adoption.
• Participate in testing activities, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes throughout the implementation.

Requirements:

• Ability to work closely with technology and business users to support a large-scale system transition.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and the ability to analyze system behavior during implementation.
• Skilled in problem-solving and able to provide clear direction to internal teams.
• Comfortable working in changing environments where processes and systems are evolving.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and communication.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working specifically with Oracle Fusion applications and implementations.
• Background supporting ERP migrations or system conversions, ideally from platforms such as SAP.
• Solid knowledge of core business functions such as finance, procurement, or operations as they relate to ERP workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and train end users.
• Proven ability to work independently while supporting team-wide initiatives.
