Technical and Regulatory Associate II

Primary Purpose
Support Technical Regulatory functions by maintaining the product lifecycle management (PLM) system, managing specifications and supplier documentation, responding to customer information requests, developing nutrition labels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the product lifecycle management system
• Create and revise product specifications for new launches and changing customer or regulatory needs
• Support change management, approvals, and communication processes
• Ensure specifications meet regulatory, customer, and company requirements
• Develop and maintain nutrition labels using Genesis ESHA or similar software
• Coordinate with customers, sales, suppliers, and quality teams to fulfill information requests
• Verify supplier and material documentation
• Manage priorities to meet deadlines

Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field, or 1–2 years of relevant food industry experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with Genesis ESHA or similar labeling software
• Proficient in database systems, MS Word, and Excel
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
