About this job
Job Description
Production Operations Coordinator
Company: Torq Coatings
Type: Full-Time | Field Operations Support
This Role Wins or Loses Jobs
At Torq Coatings, jobs don’t finish themselves—and they don’t close cleanly without someone owning the details.
The Production Operations Coordinator is the person who makes sure nothing slips: installs finish strong, paperwork is complete, photos are captured, hours are tracked, payments close, and customers walk away happy enough to leave a review.
This role is about ownership, not task-taking. If you naturally follow up, stay organized, and push things to completion without being asked, you’ll do well here.
What You Own
- Manage customer communication from signed contract through final payment
- Confirm install schedules, expectations, and post-install follow-up
- Ensure final invoices are sent and payments are collected promptly
- Proactively request and secure Google reviews after job completion
- Collect and organize before, during, and after job photos from crews
- Ensure upload photos and job documentation accurately and on time
- Collect daily crew hours and submit clean weekly totals
- Flag missing information, delays, or issues early, before they become problems
How We Expect You to Show Up (Our Core Values)
This role reflects Torq’s values every day:
- Tenacity – You don’t let jobs stall. You stay on it until it’s truly done.
- Ownership – You own your lane and solve problems instead of passing them off.
- Unity – You work well with crews, customers, and leadership to keep everyone aligned.
- Growth – You look for better, cleaner ways to organize and close jobs as we scale.
- Heart – You care about the customer experience and support the people doing the work.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with both customers and field crews
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-moving environment
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, cloud-based folders)
- Construction, trades, or home services experience is a plus
Pay & Growth
- 50,000-60,000 Salary
- Performance bonuses tied to job close-outs and customer reviews
- Clear opportunity to grow into senior operations or production leadership roles
Read This Before Applying
This is not an office-only role and it’s not a “check the box” position.
When this role is done well, jobs close faster, customers are happier, crews stay moving, and the business wins. When it’s not, everything backs up.
We’re looking for someone dependable who takes ownership, follows through, and finishes strong—every time.
