Position overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates for outbound warehouse roles with full-time schedules, supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, with structured shifts, growth opportunities, and potential for permanent employment, plus comprehensive training and tools provided. Responsibilities Receive and inspect shipments by unloading and checking goods against order specs and damage; Manage inventory by organizing products in designated locations and performing stock checks/cycle counts; Fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing, and labeling items for shipment; Prepare shipping by securely packing orders and meeting deadlines; Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness by following safety protocols, storage guidelines, and keeping aisles clear; Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks) safely to move items; Perform quality control by ensuring products are in good condition and reporting damage/defects; Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals, productivity standards, and support a positive work environment. Requirements Must be able to work Thursday-Sunday 6:00am-4:30pm; Ability to follow structured schedules and comply with company policies; Experience in warehouse operations or similar environments is preferred but not required; Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow supervisor direction; Willingness to receive training and follow safety guidelines; Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
