Production Technician - 2nd & 3rd shift

As a Production Technician (Processing), you will assist in the production of high-tech materials. You’ll work with industrial equipment to mix, coat, and cut products, ensuring everything meets our quality standards. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and likes seeing a tangible product at the end of the day.

What You’ll Do

• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and clean industrial machinery used in the production of specialized adhesives and materials.
• Quality Control: Monitor materials for defects and ensure data is recorded accurately.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and safe workspace using industry-standard organization methods (5S).
• Teamwork: Work closely with Lead Operators to meet daily production goals and report any issues promptly.

What We Are Looking For

• 2nd and 3rd shift: Start times at 4pm and 8pm.
• Reliability: Ability to work Monday–Friday and available for required overtime.
• Safety First: A commitment to wearing required safety gear (PPE), face mask and following all safety protocols.
• Physical Ability: Comfort standing, walking, and lifting up to 55 lbs throughout the shift.
• Communication: Good basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year in a production environment as minimum
• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (per ITAR regulations).
