Assignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule\nDays, 8 hours from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Job Description\nThe X-ray Tech will be responsible for performing imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience working with level 1 trauma hospitals and be proficient in EPIC EMR.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Perform x-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians. \n
- Ensure the safety of patients and staff by adhering to radiation safety protocols. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage imaging files effectively. \n
- Assist in maintaining imaging equipment and reporting malfunctions. \n
- \n
- Minimum of 5 years of current X-Ray experience. \n
- Active New York State license (NYS) and ARRT (R) certification. \n
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Health Association. \n
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR is required. \n
