Job Description
What will you be doing?
Managing and leading a team of kitchen staff and front of house staff
Supervising and training the team to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service
Actively monitoring inventory levels and ordering activity
Proactively maintaining equipment in the store
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including the participation in audits and inspections
Ensuring you and your team are compliant with employee labor laws
Handling and resolving customer concerns
Managing cash at stores (e.g., bank deposits)
When necessary, delivering conversations, warnings, and terminations with sufficient evidence and documentation
Building efficient schedules based on the needs of the business
Ensuring new hires/transfers are onboarded properly to the store
Organizing community engagement events
Managing the store’s controllable profit areas: sales, labor, and COGS
What skills do you bring to the table?
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
One (1) year of previous restaurant experience (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team (1 year preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Food handler certification, strongly preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS
What else do you need?
US work authorization (required)
High school or equivalent (GED)
Culinary education or mentorship (preferred)
Flexibility and an open schedule to allow you to cover shifts as needed
Reliable transportation to get you to work
Ability to work an 8 hour shift, which may include weekends

Salary of $65,000 - $100,000 per year with bonus (depending on your experience)
