Marriage and Family Therapist

Salary: $60,000-$150,000

Arcadia Counseling in Sandy, Lehi and Lindon is looking for full and part-time Licensed and Associate Marriage and Family Therapists to grow with our company of over 70 Therapists, Counselors and Social Workers. We offer a full-service administration model that allows you to focus on therapy while our team handles marketing, credentialing, eligibility checks, client onboarding, scheduling, billing and collections. Paneled with most major insurance companies, we guide our clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, gender, self harm, faith and many other issues. Requirements

• Associate Clinicians: Active AMFT license in Utah
• Fully Licensed Clinicians: Active LMFT license in Utah
• Intern Clinicians: Currently enrolled in a graduate-level clinical mental health program and eligible to practice as a Clinical Mental Health Intern in Utah, with the ability to meet supervision and school requirements.
• Ability to practice independently or under supervision as applicable

What Youll Do

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy (in-person and/or telehealth)
• Work with clients across a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, faith transitions, and more
• Maintain ethical, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and leadership structure
