Job Description
We are seeking a NetSuite Specialist to manage our daily ERP operations and act as our primary internal point of contact. You will focus on business process improvements, user support & training, and reporting. While you will work with an external technical consultant for complex Suite Scripts, you must have a deep understanding of NetSuite's functional capabilities.
Essential Functions:
- User Management: Serve as support for Goodfellow Corporation's internal users; technical support & troubleshooting, training, and managing roles & permissions.
- Configuration & Customization: Build and maintain saved searches, reports, custom fields, and standard workflows.
- Business Process Lead: Work with Project Manager to facilitate business process discussions, and assist with new developments, including customized upgrades and third-party applications (e.g. RF-Smart and Field Service Management)
- Consultant Liaison: Translate internal business requirements into functional specifications for our external developer. Oversee the testing/QA of their scripts.
- Data and Policy Integrity: Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Also perform regular data audits and manage imports/exports via CSV tool.

Qualifications:
- Ability to create complex Saved Searches and Reports is a must.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite process flows and daily procedures.
- Experience managing third-party NetSuite integrations.
- Experience managing 3rd party consultants or developers is preferred.
- Strong IT and accounting knowledge with practical application in ERP systems.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will provide guidance and training to system users.
- Will be the liaison between the NetSuite consultants and internal departments.
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally required to lift or move objects up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
- Occasional travel may be required for training, conferences, or company meetings.
