Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Rep to support daily operations at our automotive service facility. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assist with basic customer service needs
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, waiting area, restrooms, and exterior grounds
  
  
• Move vehicles safely around the lot and into service bays as needed
  
  
• Perform light janitorial and facility maintenance tasks
  
  
• Assist technicians and service advisors with general support duties
  
  
• Ensure shop appearance meets company standards at all times
  
  
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
  
  
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  
  
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
  
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  
  
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, email)
  
  
• Valid drivers license (required)
  
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.
  
  
• Previous porter, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
