Entry-Level In-Home Sales Representative

Design Consultant / Outside Sales | Full-Time

The Sales Role *Hiring Immediately*

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet directly with homeowners and business owners, deliver professional presentations, and help customers make confident decisions about upgrading their spaces. You will go through an 8-week paid training program designed to set you up for long-term success. We train you on products, communication, presentations, objection handling, and closing. This role builds real-world skills that transfer far beyond sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments
  • Deliver interactive sales presentations using modern technology
  • Measure projects and recommend coating solutions
  • Close residential and light commercial projects
  • Participate in weekly sales training and coaching
  • Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
  • Manage follow-ups using CRM and digital tools
