Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position located in Wildomar, CA, for a Home Show Representative. The role involves representing Bath Planet at home shows, fairs, and events to promote products and services. Responsibilities include engaging with attendees, answering questions, distributing promotional materials, and collecting contact information from potential customers. Representatives play a critical role in creating a positive impression of the brand and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires enthusiastic interaction with the public and the ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of Bath Planet’s offerings. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups of people and build a rapport to generate interest.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the designated region.
• Basic knowledge of home improvement or design is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Compensation

• $18 an hour to start
• Bonuses for Leads starting at $25 per lead
• Installation Bonus starting at $40 per lead.
