Purchasing Clerk

Assist with compiling requests for materials, preparing purchase orders and tracking purchases and supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Build a reliable supplier network.
• Type purchase orders and order materials for Storeroom, MRO & Safety.
• Make buying decisions to meet the diverse needs of each point on the supply chain.
• Print open order reports and track material and problem solve to ensure delivery dates are met.
• Match & Scan receiving documents into TimberScan and file PO’s.
• Maintain all mill certs database, compile document packages as applicable and file.
• Order office supplies and business cards.
• Provide routine administrative support.
• Assists with preparing various spreadsheets.
• Other duties as assigned.
