Job Description
Position Description Summary:
A reviewer that will assist Agency officials in determining if corrective actions submitted by recipients are adequate to resolve findings from prior desk reviews or prior site-visit reviews. The reviewer will conduct follow-up procedures on outstanding recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Interfaces with Agency grant recipients and Agency personnel on a day-to-day basis; analyze and review open recommendations and supporting documentation; adheres to applicable regulations; analyze reports, corrective action plans, and letters; drafts written correspondence related to follow-up activities; comprehensive financial analysis and financial management process to ensure the efficient stewardship of awarded funds; maintains information in Agency's Grants Management System; and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Skills & Experience:
Two years of demonstrated work experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, grants, or financial management; and knowledge of Federal grant administrative requirements. Familiarity with the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards 2 CFR Part 200.
Education:
- Minimum - Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related field such as Business Administration, Auditing, or Financial Management.
