Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Entry Level Sales Representative (commission only & 1099 contract), based in Irving, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting outreach to potential customers, and delivering engaging presentations about Colonial Life’s financial protection benefits. Daily tasks include scheduling and attending meetings, enrolling employees in benefit offerings, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure a smooth process for employers and employees alike.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A self-starter with time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with using technology for virtual meetings and enrollment technology
• Proven customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• This is an entry-level role; no prior industry experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided
