Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble, fabricate, and clean parts, subassemblies, and complete units in a cleanroom environment
- Test, calibrate, inspect, and certify parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections; identify nonconforming parts and document exceptions
- Verify and complete Epicor transactions, including buy-offs, stamping hard cards, and maintaining required documentation
- Measure sealing surfaces and O-ring depths using precision measuring tools
- Ensure all test certifications and inspection records are properly filed and maintained
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate manufacturing systems
- Experience using hand tools, torque wrenches, and small power tools
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Familiarity with aerospace assembly tools and processes a plus (calipers, helicoil, keensert, Leeplug installation)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
