We are seeking two Assistant Front Office Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest service and resolve issues
- Ensure proper check in and check out protocols
- Train and manage front of house staff
- Create and adjust schedules to meet business needs
- Adhere to all safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
