Cope Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant (Sales Manager) to join our team for a new community coming online in Nevada, Texas! You will be responsible for making new home sales, being knowledgeable about our home designs and amazing features, and corresponding with potential clients on a regular basis. We offer a different kind of payment structure for our Sales Managers that involves somewhat more monthly income stability than is usual in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Tour and provide clients information about the model home and other available lots/homes in the community
- Serve as the primary contact for future and current home buyers and realtors
- Present and sell homes to new and customers
- Prospect and contact all inbound leads daily
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve home buyer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize marketing materials and sales strategies to drive home sales
- Meet and communicate directly with builders regarding home construction status
- Set up meetings with potential buyers to review contracts, the build process, and building guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in new home sales is AN ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT.
- PUNCTUAL and able to work regular hours at a model home
- DRIVEN to make high income based on sales performance
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Results driven
- Ability to navigate sales by being persuasive and enthusiastic
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Real Estate License preferred (to be held by our in-house brokerage).
