Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this contract role, you’ll work closely with a supportive team of educators and administrators, providing expertise to help shape positive student experiences. Your skills in assessment, counseling, and collaboration will be vital in creating a nurturing school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field required
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral and educational assessment tools and techniques
  • Experience conducting assessments and writing comprehensive psycho-educational reports
  • Ability to develop and implement individual and group counseling interventions
  • Aptitude for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
  • Understanding of response-to-intervention (RTI), multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), and special education processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and re-evaluations for referred students
  • Provide direct counseling services to students individually and in small groups
  • Consult with educators, families, and other professionals to develop effective interventions and support strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and eligibility conferences
  • Assist with crisis prevention and intervention planning within the school environment
  • Advocate for student needs, facilitating a safe, inclusive learning community
