Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field required
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of behavioral and educational assessment tools and techniques
- Experience conducting assessments and writing comprehensive psycho-educational reports
- Ability to develop and implement individual and group counseling interventions
- Aptitude for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Understanding of response-to-intervention (RTI), multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), and special education processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and re-evaluations for referred students
- Provide direct counseling services to students individually and in small groups
- Consult with educators, families, and other professionals to develop effective interventions and support strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and eligibility conferences
- Assist with crisis prevention and intervention planning within the school environment
- Advocate for student needs, facilitating a safe, inclusive learning community
