Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time contract opportunity is available for licensed School Psychologists with expertise across multiple grade levels, ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. These positions offer the flexibility of remote work while serving diverse student populations. Engage with various age groups, from early childhood to adolescence, providing comprehensive psychological services in an educational setting.
Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, interpreting evaluation results, developing and implementing intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and supporting student mental health and academic success. Candidates will work a 40-hour week under a 1099 contract arrangement.
Qualifications:
- Current and active licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of California is required.
- If residing outside California, must hold an active School Psychologist license in both the resident state and California.
- Experience working with one or more of these grade bands: Pre-K, K-5, 6-8, or 9-12.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills tailored to diverse student needs.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with school staff, families, and students.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing contractual responsibilities.
Location: Remote work with service to schools located in Shafter, CA.
