What You'll Do: As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will perform service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on light commercial and commercial HVAC systems. You'll work independently or on larger projects alongside a project manager. This includes:

• Diagnosing and repairing rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, gas/electric systems, and related mechanical/electrical components
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Assisting with projects and other tasks as required

Pay & Benefits:

• Earn up to $50.00 hourly, depending on experience
• Guaranteed 40-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional overtime/weekends as needed)

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for RTUs, split systems, and heat pumps
• Experience working with chillers
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical plans
• EPA Universal is required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Experience with basic control interfaces (thermostats, BAS points) or Building Automation Systems is a plus
