Position Overview:

Were seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from pricing through completion. This role requires both technical and leadership expertise: youll be responsible for estimating, coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring project execution at the highest standard of quality and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and budgets for HVAC projects.
  
  
• Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  
  
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are in place.
  
  
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project teams.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  
  
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and value-added solutions.
  
  
• Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
  
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC project management, estimating, or related roles.
  
  
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, RTUs, VRF, etc.).
  
  
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.
  
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• EPA certification strongly preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma required; bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
  
  

Experience:

• HVAC Project Management: 10+ years (required)
  
  

License/Certification:

• EPA Certification (preferred)
