As an Assembly Technician at Bowden Manufacturing, you’ll play a hands-on role in building high-quality products that our customers count on every day. What You’ll Do

  • Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and confidently.
  • Inspect your work along the way to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Communicate any material shortages, defects, or issues quickly to keep production moving.
  • Keep production and quality documentation up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear the proper protective equipment.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and contribute ideas to our continuous improvement culture.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to hit production goals and keep customers happy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we’ll provide training for motivated individuals.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and basic engineering drawings.
  • Mechanical aptitude with confidence using tools and equipment.
  • Strong focus on detail, quality, and doing the job right.
  • Great communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
