LG Sub Assembler

Assembler Position Summary:

The Lawn and Garden Sub Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts and other components to relatively small or light sub-assemblies and complete units.

Assembler Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembles components of or final production using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment
• Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Assembler Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Require 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or in a related area
• Works under immediate supervision
