Supply Chain & Product Sourcing Specialist

Salary: $26-$31 Hourly

About the Role

BoxHouse is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Product Sourcing Specialist to help identify, research, and source high-quality products from domestic and international vendors. This role is essential in ensuring we deliver exceptional product quality by building strong supplier relationships, evaluating samples and estimates, and staying ahead of emerging trends and materials.

Prior supply chain experience is not required; curiosity, initiative, and a strong work ethic are the qualities that matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new products, materials, and supplier opportunities
• Source high-quality products from vendors across the U.S. and internationally
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term vendor and supplier relationships
• Request and evaluate pricing quotes, samples, specifications, and product details
• Compare quality, cost, lead times, and vendor reliability to determine best-fit partners
• Track product data, samples, communications, and sourcing details in an organized manner
• Work with internal teams to align sourcing decisions with business priorities
• Continuously explore new ideas to improve product quality, vendor performance, and sourcing efficiency

• Comfortable communicating with vendors across different time zones and cultures
• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities

• Experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or vendor management is a plus but not required
