Position Summary: As an Install/Start-Up Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, start-up, and commissioning of commercial refrigeration and HVAC control systems. You'll ensure all systems perform to specifications, verify wiring and control logic, and maintain quality standards for a smooth project handoff to customers.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration or controls installation/start-up
• Valid 06A HVAC Electrical license is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, and control sequences
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Experience with control system programming or commissioning is preferred
• EPA certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Must have a reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial refrigeration start-up and commissioning
• Familiarity with building automation or control systems (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls)
• Sheet metal or piping installation experience
• NATE Certification or equivalent trade credentials
