MEP Coordinator

• MEP Systems Oversight & Technical Expertise - Lead the resolution of design, code, and constructability issues while ensuring all MEP systems meet required standards and sustainability goals.
• Coordination & Communication - Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and lead coordination meetings to align expectations and resolve MEP issues.
• BIM, Scheduling & Planning - Oversee BIM coordination and provide accurate MEP schedule input to keep modeling, planning, inspections, and commissioning aligned with the overall project timeline.
• Procurement, Submittals & Field Oversight - Manage submittals, equipment procurement, and field installation to ensure MEP work aligns with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Cost, Quality & Risk Management - Monitor MEP costs, implement quality control processes, and proactively manage risks related to code compliance, safety, and system performance.
• Commissioning, Closeout & Continuous Improvement - Lead commissioning and closeout of MEP systems while improving coordination processes and sharing lessons learned across project teams.
• Process Development & Training - Develop and refine MEP coordination workflows and provide training to elevate team knowledge and performance.
• Safety & Risk Management - Enforce safety standards and identify risks related to MEP systems, codes, and project conditions to ensure safe and compliant installation.

• Proven construction management experience, specifically in HVAC, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems.
• A degree in construction management, engineering technology or similar is a plus.
