Electronics Assembler

As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and wiring thru-hole printed circuit boards and related electronic sub-assemblies. Youll work from blueprints, models, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds within tight tolerances while supporting production goals in an ISO-certified environment.

What Youll Do

• Assemble and wire electronic components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  
  
• Perform thru-hole PCB soldering with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  
  
• Set up and operate basic production equipment such as trim machines, Amp machines, and riveting equipment.
  
  
• Build harness assemblies and use hand/power tools as needed.
  
  
• Update job status and record labor using barcode or computer-based reporting systems.
  
  
• Support multiple assembly tasks across departments and work overtime when required.
  
  
• Maintain quality standards, follow work cell procedures, and adhere to safety and ISO requirements.
  
  

What You Bring

• 13 years of electronics assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Strong thru-hole soldering ability and familiarity with component identification and color coding.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  
  
• Reliable communication skills and strong attention to detail.
