Inside Sales Specialist- Aftermarket Parts

Description:

The Aftermarket Parts Sales Specialist is responsible for executing the company’s parts sales strategy, provide total customer service throughout the order life cycle, assist in inventory control, coordinate online E-Store sales, and provide aftermarket support as needed.

DUTIES:

· Answering incoming phone, E-Mail, and Fax requests for quote (RFQ’s)

· Generate customer quotes

· Enter Orders into ERP

· Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, lead times, and order status.

· Issue Purchase Orders to procure material

· Generate shipping paperwork

· Assist with inventory control and re-ordering stock.

· Participate in annual inventory

· Identify new prospective customers and grow existing customer base.

· Increase sales by means of cross-selling and up-selling.

· Coordinate sales and operation of our online E-Store

· Proactively engage customers to increase sales and follow up on older stagnant accounts

· Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 1 year inside sales experience

· Minimum 1 year industrial or overhead crane experience

· High School Diploma/ GED

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Self-motivated and highly organized

· Dependable and detail oriented

· Ability to exercise good judgment/ decision making

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
