Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Full Time Project Techs to join our facilities management team in Columbus, Ohio. This l position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in various aspects of facility maintenance and cleaning services.

• Learn and perform all phases of facilities management, including:
• Floor care (various types)
• Carpet cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Window washing
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning
• Work primarily evening shifts (starting after 4 PM) with occasional weekend hours
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Adapt to changing priorities and workloads as needed
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge in facilities management
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to improving workplace safety practices
• Document completed tasks and report any issues or maintenance needs to supervisor

Starting rate of pay: 

Little to No Experience   $18.00 to $20.00hr. 

Some Experience           $20.00 to $22.00hr

Expert                             $22.00 to $25.00hr

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physical stamina to perform various cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products (training provided)
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in facilities management
• Flexibility to work evening shifts (typically 4 PM to 12 AM or later) and occasional weekends
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
