Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in South Carolina - 24 Hour Call Blocks

Inpatient OB GYN locums opportunity in South Carolina near Florence with flexible 24-hour call coverage and ongoing block availability.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient OB unit with dedicated labor and delivery beds
• Average of 1-3 deliveries per day
• Rural hospital setting with manageable patient volume
• Emergency department OB consults as needed

Schedule

• 24-hour call shifts from 8am-8am
• One-week blocks and shorter assignments available
• Flexible block scheduling options
• Ongoing coverage needs across multiple months

Cases and Procedures

• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• OB triage and inpatient rounding
• Emergency obstetric coverage
• No circumcisions required

Requirements

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active South Carolina license required
• Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered
