Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Process Technician to support daily production operations, assist with assembly processes, and ensure stable and efficient manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and production teams to maintain jigs/fixtures, troubleshoot process issues, and support new product and equipment introduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks according to work instructions and process guidelines. 

  • Operate and maintain production jigs and fixtures; assist in troubleshooting and adjustments to support smooth production.  

  • Support manufacturing engineers in process setup, line qualification, and daily process monitoring.  

  • Conduct basic equipment checks and communicate abnormal conditions to engineers or supervisors. 

  • Prepare, organize, and update production-related documentation when needed. 

  • Assist with handling materials, components, and tooling used in production processes.  

  • Support continuous improvement activities related to quality, efficiency, and safety. 

  • Follow ESD, safety, and facility rules to maintain a clean and controlled work environment.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical assembly knowledge.
  • Familiarity with jigs and fixtures used in production environments.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, data entry, system login).
  • 2–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Electronics manufacturing background.
  • Experience in SMT, soldering, THT, conformal coating, or potting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly in electronics production.

Work Environment:

  • Electronics manufacturing facility; may require standing for extended periods.

  • Regular interaction with machinery, tools, and delicate electronic components. 

  • Mandatory use of PPE and adherence to ESD protocols
