About the Internship:
We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to support our Supply Chain team. This internship provides hands-on exposure across key areas including Materials, Purchasing, Loading, and Fleet operations. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects that support efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: 851 Hemlock Road, Morgantown, PA
Duration: Approximately 13 weeks (May 18th – August 14th)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
*Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide your own housing
Interns will support key company initiatives, with responsibilities that may include:
Responsibilities:

Complete assigned tasks and projects within the Supply Chain department, including Materials, Purchasing, Loading, and Fleet.

Participate in time studies, usage analysis, and flow planning activities.

Assist with efficiency improvements and process optimization initiatives.

Collect, analyze, and present data to support operational decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement efforts.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field), Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is a plus.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
