About the Internship:

We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to support our Supply Chain team. This internship provides hands-on exposure across key areas including Materials, Purchasing, Loading, and Fleet operations. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects that support efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: 851 Hemlock Road, Morgantown, PA
Duration:
Approximately 13 weeks (May 18th – August 14th)
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

*Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide your own housing

Interns will support key company initiatives, with responsibilities that may include:

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within the Supply Chain department, including Materials, Purchasing, Loading, and Fleet.

  • Participate in time studies, usage analysis, and flow planning activities.

  • Assist with efficiency improvements and process optimization initiatives.

  • Collect, analyze, and present data to support operational decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement efforts.

  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field), Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is a plus.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
