Service Technicians - Full-time

Acura of Avon, a member of the Lorensen Auto Group is in search of B and C level technicians to join our growing team.  We strongly believe in developing our team members by providing training, modern equipment, guaranteed earnings and schedules to meet today's lifestyles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

          -Focus on Customer Satisfaction

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership 
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Stay up to date on all available Factory Training
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• "Fix it right the first time"
• Communicate directly with the Service Manager, in reference to recommended repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain Skill Levels 
• Must have a strong sense of urgency
• Would prefer Honda or Acura experience but all will be considered.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
• Have your own tools
• Automotive background 
• Positive attitude
