Falcon Point Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our clinical leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, results-driven nurse leader to help drive clinical excellence and support the daily operations of a high-performing skilled nursing and long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing all aspects of nursing services, ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to nursing staff across all shifts.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives.

  • Participate in care planning, risk management, and performance improvement efforts.

  • Ensure staffing levels and scheduling meet the needs of the facility and residents.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, respect, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid LVN license in the state.

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, including infection control and survey readiness.

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and support clinical teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
