We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Director to join our leadership team. This individual will oversee the physical operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents and staff enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

What You’ll Do
As Maintenance Director, you will:
Ensure all areas of the facility remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Oversee maintenance and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
Manage purchasing, storage, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
Conduct and oversee safety inspections, fire and disaster drills, and ensure compliance with OSHA and IDPH regulations.
Participate in the weekend Supervisor rotation and serve as on-call emergency contact as needed.
Maintain compliance with all life safety requirements (fire alarm, sprinkler, generator, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma (preferred)
Experience in building maintenance in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair (certifications a plus)
Familiarity with OSHA and IDPH regulations
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
A hands-on problem solver with a passion for providing a safe and welcoming environment
