Tool Crib Attendant

Talentline Services is seeking an experienced Tool Crib Attendant to support a long-term manufacturing project. This role focuses on the organization, management, and daily operation of a tool crib and spare parts room that is being built from the ground up. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience maintaining an organized tool crib, tracking parts and tools, and supporting maintenance and production teams.

This is a long-term contract position with consistent hours and onsite support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain, and manage the tool crib and spare parts inventory

• Issue and receive tools and parts to maintenance and production personnel

• Track tool and parts usage to ensure accurate inventory levels

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and labeling of all tool crib areas

• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and restocking

• Enter and update parts and tool data within a CMMS system

• Support implementation and daily use of asset and inventory tracking processes

• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure parts availability

• Follow established procedures for accountability and control of tools and assets

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a tool crib or parts room within a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities without constant supervision

• Comfortable working long shifts in an industrial setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Limble CMMS or similar CMMS software

• Familiarity with barcode or scanning-based inventory systems

• Experience supporting maintenance or reliability teams

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: 6 days per week, 10-hour days

• Long-term contract position

• Lodging and per diem provided
