Core Role Responsibilities
Maintains and supports all company safety standards
Conducts quality food checks and delivers food/beverage orders to the correct seats consistent with venue theater floor maps
Knowledgeable of the Alamo menu and common allergens; takes necessary safety precautions as needed
Responsible for safe alcohol service, including checking IDs on drink delivery and monitoring guest consumption, following local and state regulations
Checks guest tickets to ensure they are in the correct seat
Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition with guests and teammates, and communicates efficiently with Production staff, Greeters, Managers, and guests
Checks guest tickets to ensure they are in the correct seat
Anticipates guest needs and monitors notifications for guest requests
Focuses on supporting guests as needed, while limiting disruptions
Responsible for theater, lobby, and restroom cleaning, as well as opening and closing duties as assigned, to maintain cleanliness standards across all high-touch areas
Provides support in identifying guest issues and reports them to the management team
Anticipates and maintains appropriate stocking levels of necessary supplies, completes prep and side work, and assists with additional operational tasks as needed for efficient service
Completes tasks with efficiency and a sense of urgency
Demonstrates strong teamwork skills
Knowledgeable of Alamo policies, procedures, and safety standards
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in hospitality/guest services
Prior food and beverage safety/handling experience
Requirements
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week, at least one day being a weekend)
Ability to move with caution and work collaboratively in a loud, sometimes dark, fast-paced environment
Ability to bend, duck, crouch, walk up and down stairs, carry multiple plates/trays, and deliver food while limiting disruptions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at one time and repeatedly during entire shift
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to maintain physical stamina and coordination in a fast-paced setting
Stays up-to-date on all local food/beverage compliance regulations, safety courses, and assigned online trainings
