Position Overview: As an RN Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care, administering treatments, and ensuring that residents' health and well-being are maintained. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a team that makes a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
RN Job Requirements:

Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university

Active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire

Current CPR certification
-
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.

Monitor residents' health status, notify physicians and families of any changes, and document accordingly.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, observing for adverse effects.

Perform wound care, IV administration, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as needed.

Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure a smooth process.

Schedule follow-up appointments and arrange transportation as necessary.

Update and review care plans, participate in care conferences, and ensure continuity of care.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate medical records and uphold patient confidentiality.
