Position Overview: As an RN Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care, administering treatments, and ensuring that residents' health and well-being are maintained. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a team that makes a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

RN Job Requirements:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university

• Active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.

• Monitor residents' health status, notify physicians and families of any changes, and document accordingly.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, observing for adverse effects.

• Perform wound care, IV administration, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as needed.

• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure a smooth process.

• Schedule follow-up appointments and arrange transportation as necessary.

• Update and review care plans, participate in care conferences, and ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold patient confidentiality.
