(Paid in installments: 25% at 90 days, 25% at 180 days, 50% at 1 year)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time opportunities in our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Concord, NH 03301. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Location:
Concord, NH 03301

Shifts Available:
Flexible 8-hour and 12-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and oversee day-to-day clinical services.

• Supervise LNAs and ensure compliance with care standards and facility policies.

• Administer medications, IVs, wound care, tube feedings, and other treatments.

• Monitor residents’ conditions, document accurately, and report changes.

• Support new admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team, families, and providers.

Job Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility).

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

• CPR certification required.

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
