Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Part-time

About Us:

Neurosprout ABA is a Maryland-based ABA therapy provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality in-home /in-daycare Therapy for children with autism and related developmental delays. We are currently seeking a qualified and licensed NP or psychologist to join our team to conduct autism and other neuro-related evaluations, using the latest assessments recommended by the DSM-5.

PAY: 80 $-100$ Per Hour

Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a licensed Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatric-Mental Health) or licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to conduct comprehensive developmental and autism diagnostic evaluations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with children and comfortable using standardized assessment tools.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct full diagnostic evaluations for children suspected of autism and/or developmental delays.

Administer and score standardized tools including:

• CARS-2 (Childhood Autism Rating Scale)

• GARS-3 or equivalent

• M-CHAT-R/F (for toddlers)

• Optional: TELE-ASD-PEDS or BOSA for observational support

• Evaluate for related concerns including: ADHD, Speech and language delays Cognitive and neurological developmental delays.

• Conduct caregiver interviews in line with DSM-5 criteria

• Write and deliver comprehensive diagnostic reports suitable for insurance and treatment planning.

• Provide diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate (including ICD-10 codes)

• Choose your own hours!

• 10 -12 Hours per week.

• Requirements:

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant documentation

• Active Maryland licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
