Floral Designer - Part-time

Floral Company is in need of a Part Time Floral Designer 2-3 Days per week.

Must have 3-4 years experience

Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and installations

• Consult with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets

• Prepare flowers by conditioning, trimming, and storing properly

• Maintain freshness and quality of floral inventory

• Set up floral displays for retail, events, weddings, and special occasions

• Process orders accurately and meet deadlines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Handle deliveries and on-site setup as needed

• Assist with pricing, merchandising, and seasonal displays

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or Florist (preferred)

• Strong creativity and artistic ability

• Knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral care techniques

• Excellent color, balance, and design skills

• Customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
