What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Support mobility, transfers, and daily exercises

• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement to residents

• Monitor and document vital signs and resident health status

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• No prior PCA experience required — just a passion to learn and grow!
