LVN Charge Nurse - Full-time

We are looking for great, honest, and hardworking people to join the team in caring for our residents. We are currently looking for an LVN Charge Nurse to oversee daily care of residents. Responsibilities include: accepting new admissions, charting physician orders, daily documentation, facilitating discharges & working with CNA's, CMA & other staff to oversee daily care of our residents to insure the highest quality of life.
