Position Overview:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will play an essential role in supporting residents' daily living activities, assisting the nursing team, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an LNA who thrives in a patient-centered setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Support mobility needs by helping residents with lifting, positioning, and transfers to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other areas.
• Ensure proper nutrition and hydration, including meal delivery, feeding assistance, and tracking intake.
• Monitor and document residents’ weights, skin conditions, and overall well-being.
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions to nurses and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and daily activities.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff.
• Foster a compassionate and positive environment, serving as a mentor to fellow Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs).

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current LNA certification in New Hampshire.
Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered, and dependable.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices.
