Mor Smiles is growing, and we’re looking for a personable, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you love building relationships, delivering exceptional care, and working in a supportive, modern environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality preventive care, periodontal therapy, and patient education
- Build trust and connection with patients at every visit
- Partner with the doctor to co-diagnose and communicate needed treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established hygiene protocols
- Help create a smooth, efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years experience preferred but not required
- Active Pennsylvania RDH license (required)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
- Comfort with technology and digital charting
- A professional, reliable, and proactive approach to patient care
- Someone who values consistency, protocol, and teamwork
