As a Floor-Technician member of our housekeeping team, you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident’s environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain View by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

A Floor-Technician provides floor maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and extracting carpets.

Stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing hard surfaces, including stairwells.

Responsible for completing floor care checklists.

Reports to immediate supervisor.
