Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities Include:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, following care plans and nursing protocols.

• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents.

• Support residents' daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Current LPN license from the state of New Jersey
